I’m a Registered Dietitian who has a huge passion for cooking and baking. Healthy eating has always been very important to me, but I don’t see the point in eating things solely because they are healthy–they have to taste good as well! It was for this reason that I got a Culinary Certificate while completing my Bachelors of Science.
Even though I love healthy foods, I do have an enormous sweet tooth and bake a lot. That being said, I still live a very healthy lifestyle and do not weigh 300 tons. The key is moderation and balance through food (tons of the good stuff) and exercise (I am an avid runner).
